Fire Safety Tracking Software

A fire safety service company's knowledge rarely lives in one place: the customer list is in one file, the site layout in another, and the last service date is in a technician's notebook. Yangın Takip holds all of it as a single chain — customer → site → location → equipment — with surveys, quotes, stock and reports attached to the same chain.

Sound familiar?

In a company working in the field, these three points usually jam together.
  • How many units does this customer have, and when were they last serviced? The answer is spread across spreadsheets, email threads and a technician's notebook.
  • Notes are written on paper on site, then typed into a system a second time back at the office — twice the time and twice the room for error.
  • When a customer asks for past records or a site inventory, assembling the document becomes a job of its own.
What the software does

One chain of records, from inventory to report

Customer, site and location hierarchy

Define each customer's sites, and each site's floor- and area-level locations. Equipment hangs off that tree, while the site record carries its address, coordinates and maintenance interval.

Equipment records

Each unit keeps its type, location, label code and its last service, refill, test and production dates in one place. You define the equipment types that fit your own business.

Site surveys and inspections

Walk the site step by step with the survey wizard, recording existing equipment, its condition, photos and notes. The inspection wizard collects per-unit checklist items.

Quotes, contracts and reports

Turn a survey into a quote, email it as a PDF attachment, and review its version history. Contracts sit under the customer record; reports come out as PDF and Excel.

Stock, warehouses and production

Product records, warehouses, stock movements and balances in one place. Recipe-driven production orders consume materials, add the finished product to stock and cost it using a weighted average.

Team, permissions and customer portal

Role-based permissions, an activity log that answers who changed what, and a separate customer portal your customers join by email invitation.

Who it is for

Fire extinguisher service and refill companies

Companies that need one list showing where every unit is, when it was last serviced and which customer it belongs to.

Services managing mixed equipment types

The system is not limited to extinguishers — you define the equipment types and product records that match your own scope of service.

Companies serving multi-site customers

When a customer has several branches, each site is managed as its own record, and inventory and reports are produced per site.

Companies with separate office and field teams

The office plans and monitors from the admin panel while the field team works on the same data — no second data entry back at the office.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does fire safety tracking software keep track of?
Your customers, their sites and locations, the equipment in those locations, and each unit's service, refill and test dates. On top of that sit site surveys, inspections, quotes, contracts, stock, finance and reporting.
Can we import our existing spreadsheet inventory?
Yes. Download the Excel template from the import screen in settings, fill it in and upload it. The inventory import reads customer, site, location and equipment from one sheet; the upload is previewed first and only saved once you confirm it.
Can we run more than one company from a single account?
Yes. The system is multi-tenant: each company's data is isolated, and one user can belong to several companies. After signing in you choose which company you are working in.
Can our customers see their own equipment?
Yes, there is a separate customer portal. You invite customer contacts by email; in the portal they see their sites, equipment, upcoming maintenance calendar and their service provider's details. They cannot change data — they can only submit a quote request.
