Explicit Consent Notice
Version v1 — effective 29 August 2026
This notice forms an integral part of the KVKK Disclosure and covers only processing that requires explicit consent. The items below are approved separately; declining one affects neither the others nor your use of the service.
1. Commercial electronic messages
I consent to receiving e-mails from Yangın Takip (FireTrack) about new features, campaigns and events.
- Data processed: full name, e-mail address, and whether the message was opened.
- Out of scope: mandatory notices about your account (password reset, invoices, security alerts, maintenance announcements) are not commercial messages and are sent without consent.
2. Transfers abroad
I consent to transfers to the providers below, limited to the stated data and purposes, for the service to operate (KVKK Art. 9):
| Recipient | Country | Data transferred | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Resend | United States | Recipient name and e-mail address, message body and attachments (invoice and report PDFs) | Delivery of service e-mails |
| OpenStreetMap Nominatim (OSMF) | United Kingdom / EU | Site address text (no person name is sent) | Resolving an address into map coordinates |
| Expo | United States | Mobile push token, platform and device name | Delivering push notifications to the mobile app |
If you decline: e-mail notifications (Resend) will not arrive, site addresses cannot be placed on the map automatically (Nominatim), and you will not receive mobile push notifications (Expo). The remaining functionality continues to work; these items are not required to use the service.
3. Targeted promotion
I consent to my in-app usage data being analysed in order to show content and offers relevant to me. Without this item only aggregated and de-identified measurement is performed.
4. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time and without giving a reason, in the following ways:
- by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail,
- by writing to [email protected].
Withdrawal takes effect prospectively: the processing stops immediately upon your request, while lawful processing carried out before withdrawal remains valid. Requests are handled within 30 days at the latest; commercial messages stop within 3 business days.
5. Record of consent
Which version of this notice you approved, and when, is recorded. The record is kept solely to evidence the existence of consent, for the period stated in the retention policy. Current version: v1.
