Account and data deletion
App: Yangın Takip — Developer: Deviceye — effective 14 October 2026
This page is provided for users of the Yangın Takip mobile app, published by Deviceye (DEVİCEYE YAZILIM MEDİKAL TEKNOLOJİLER ANONİM ŞİRKETİ), who wish to request deletion of their account and personal data. For details on our data processing, see the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Disclosure.
1. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account in either of these ways.
Option A — In the app
- Sign in to the Yangın Takip app with your account.
- Open the Settings screen.
- Choose "Hesabımı sil" (Delete my account) and confirm.
Option B — By e-mail
Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered to your account, with the subject "Account and data deletion request". Identity is verified by the request coming from the registered address; we may ask for additional verification where necessary.
2. What is deleted
- Your user account (name, e-mail address and sign-in data)
- Other personal data linked to your account (phone, profile and preferences)
- Your device records and push notification tokens; installation ID, device model, operating system and app version
3. What is retained or anonymised
- The company's business records: inspection, maintenance, quote, inventory and similar records belong to the company (tenant) using the Service and remain under that company's account. The user identity on these records is anonymised so that it is no longer linked to you.
- Records subject to statutory retention: records such as invoices and accounting entries that must be kept under Turkish tax and commercial law are retained for the statutory period and used only to meet that legal obligation.
- Crash logs: contain no personal data and may be kept for a limited period for troubleshooting.
4. Timing
After your request is received, a 30-day waiting period begins so that mistaken requests can be reversed; you may cancel through the same channel during this period. At the end of the period your account and personal data are automatically deleted or anonymised.
5. Contact and your rights
For your rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), contact [email protected] or [email protected].
