Fire Inspection and Audit Report Software

An inspection is only worth what it turns into on paper. Yangın Takip collects checklist items per unit, flags what failed, attaches the photo and the location to the record, and hands you the output as a PDF or an Excel file carrying your own branding.

When field knowledge never becomes a document

In most companies, writing the report takes longer than the inspection itself.
  • Checklist items are written on a paper form, then retyped into a word processor at the office that evening.
  • The photo of the failed unit stays on someone's phone, and getting it into the report is a separate chore.
  • The report layout is rebuilt by hand for every customer — logo, signature block and tables from scratch each time.
What the software does

From inspection to a document you can hand over

Per-unit checklist

The inspection wizard records each item separately: is the unit in place, is the body intact, are the gauge and pressure within range, valve and nozzle, is the seal intact, is access obstructed, does it need a refill.

Photos, location and non-conformity

Units that failed are handled in their own step, and a replacement unit can be recorded where one was fitted. Photos and the location of the inspection are attached to the same report.

Branded PDF reports

Inspection report, periodic control report, maintenance schedule, site inventory, service extract and compliance report all ship as standard, produced with your logo and brand colours.

Excel export

Inventory, inspections, quotes, contracts, stock balances and movements, and invoice lists can all be exported to Excel — your data stays yours when you want to analyse it your own way.

Compliance rules

Define control intervals per equipment category as rules; the compliance report evaluates the inventory against them. Starter templates reflecting common Turkish practice are included.

By site and date range

Produce reports by selecting a site and a date range. The output for the customer's file comes from one screen, with no further formatting.

Who it is for

Companies preparing documents before an audit

Teams that need to show the check was carried out and what was found, with dates, photos and location.

Services working for corporate customers

Companies expected to hand over a branded report in a consistent format after every visit.

Teams that want to finish on site

Fill the form in at the facility instead of retyping it at the office, and generate the report from the same data.

Managers who do their own analysis

Companies that want their data in Excel and do not want to be locked into one tool's view of it.

Frequently asked questions

Which reports come as standard?
Inspection report, periodic control report, maintenance schedule, site inventory, service extract, compliance report and quote report are produced as PDFs. Inventory, inspection, quote, contract, stock and invoice lists can also be exported to Excel.
Do reports carry our logo and colours?
Yes. You set your logo and brand colours in settings, and reports and quotes are produced with that identity. Quote output also carries your company address and tax details.
Can reports be emailed to the customer automatically?
Quotes can be emailed straight from the system with the PDF attached. Automatic emailing of the other reports does not exist yet — you download the report and share it yourself.
Does the software guarantee regulatory compliance?
No, and we do not claim it does. The software records the checks, tracks the dates and produces the document. Which equipment must be checked at what interval, and who carries that responsibility, follows from the applicable regulations and the relationship between the facility and its authorised service provider — you define the compliance rules to match your own practice.
