What we do
Periodic inspection of extinguishers, cabinets, hoses and detection systems is required by regulation, yet in most companies the record of that work still lives in spreadsheets and paper forms. Yangın Takip brings it together in one place:
- Inventory: equipment recorded by customer, site, floor and device, with a QR label so each device is identifiable in the field.
- Periodic inspection: tracking due dates and turning upcoming or overdue work into alerts.
- Field work: filling inspection forms on a mobile device, attaching photographs and the customer's signature.
- Commercial process: quotes, stock and invoice records kept in the same system.
How we work
- Your data is yours: you own the records you enter and can export them at any time.
- Tenant isolation: each company's data is isolated at the database level.
- Hosted in Türkiye: the application and database run on servers in Türkiye; the limited items transferred abroad are listed one by one in the KVKK Disclosure.
- Transparency: system status and incidents are published on the status page.
