Periodic Maintenance and Inspection Software

Fire equipment has to be checked at set intervals — and in practice, keeping track of those intervals falls to the service company. Yangın Takip stores the interval on the site record, derives the next service date from the last one, and puts both the overdue and the upcoming work in front of you.

Why maintenance tracking stalls in a spreadsheet

As long as the date arithmetic is done by hand, tracking depends on whoever happens to remember.
  • The next service date is not on anyone's screen — it is worked out from memory or kept in a separate table.
  • Overdue maintenance is usually noticed when the customer calls, or when an audit comes up.
  • Newly added equipment that has never been serviced quietly disappears in the list.
What the software does

Let the software do the date arithmetic

Maintenance interval per site

Set the maintenance interval in months for each site. The next service date is derived from the unit's last service date plus that interval — no side table to maintain.

Overdue and upcoming alerts

The alerts screen lists overdue and soon-due equipment grouped by site. Equipment that has never been serviced counts as overdue. The look-ahead window defaults to 30 days and can be changed.

Maintenance calendar

Upcoming maintenance is shown in a calendar view. The customer portal calendar is built from the same calculation, and customers can subscribe to it from their own calendar app.

Automatic customer reminders

An optional reminder service, enabled per company, emails customers when maintenance is due; a WhatsApp channel is also supported. Sent reminders are recorded so the same one is not sent twice.

Recording in the field

Technicians complete the inspection on site, with checklist items, photos and the inspection's location attached to the same record. The Android field app is in early access and is not published in the app stores.

Maintenance and inspection reports

Produce maintenance schedule, periodic control and site inventory reports as PDFs carrying your logo and brand colours, and export the same lists to Excel.

Who it is for

Companies working under maintenance contracts

Teams that cannot afford to miss a service date and want to see a delay before the customer does.

Companies with equipment across many sites

Because alerts are grouped by site, which site to visit next reads straight off one list.

Companies that call customers proactively

Teams that would rather send the maintenance reminder automatically than turn scheduling into call-centre work.

Facilities that want to stay audit-ready

Site managers who need to show, on paper, when a check was done and when the next one is due.

Frequently asked questions

How is the next service date determined?
The maintenance interval on the site record (in months) is added to the unit's last service date. Equipment that has never been serviced is treated as overdue and appears in the alert list.
Are there automatic notifications for overdue maintenance?
Yes. A daily check creates in-app notifications for equipment that has come due; depending on the company's settings these are also delivered by email and mobile push. The same notification is not repeated at short intervals.
Can we send reminders to our customers?
Yes. Customer reminders are a separate option enabled per company. Once enabled, customers whose maintenance is due receive an email; a WhatsApp channel is also supported.
Can we record maintenance without an internet connection?
To be straight about it: the installable web app opens when the connection drops, but it does not accept offline data entry. Filling in forms offline is a feature of the Android field app, which is in early access.
